Members are able to reserve tickets three days prior to their visit. Non-members will be able to reserve tickets two days prior to their visit.  Regular visitation starts after our Member only weeks on Tuesday, July 28th.

If you are unable to select a date/time within the 2 to 3 day window, or unable to enter the desired amount of tickets without hitting the 7 ticket maximum, that means that date and time are sold out or there are not enough tickets available to complete your requested order. Please select another date and/or time.

Important note: By reserving tickets to visit the Museum, you are agreeing to follow our health and safety guidelines, including:

do not visit if you or anyone in your party is sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
- visitors ages 5 and up must wear a mask or facial covering at all times, ages 2-4 encouraged.

- follow all safety signage on the campus, including gallery capacity limits
- keep 6' physical distance from staff and other visitors
- no food or drink, other than water or baby bottles, is permitted anywhere on campus
- adults are expected to help children follow the rules
- We ask that visitors stay with the individuals they are visiting with. A visitor group is defined as the 7 or less individuals that you have reserved tickets for in a single transaction.
- we reserve the right to refuse admission or ask people who are sick or not following the rules to leave the campus.

Do not visit the Museum if you have traveled to Massachusetts within the last 14 days from any location except New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Hawaii and have not self-quarantined for 14 days or received negative results from a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of your arrival, in accordance with state guidelines.

If you or a member of your party become ill prior to your scheduled visit, or if you book the wrong timeblock by mistake or your plans change and you cannot visit, please call the Museum at 978-264-4200 to release your tickets. If you paid for tickets, you will be fully refunded.

Members, please sign in at the top of your screen prior to reserving your tickets so that your member benefits can be applied; you must register the first time you reserve tickets.
