Check out the Ways To Save page on our website for available discounts.

Members are now able to reserve tickets 7 days prior to their visit, non-members 5 days prior.

We are now collecting non-perishable food donations on site for distribution to local food pantries. Thank you.

When reserving tickets: If you are unable to select a specific date/time within the 5 to 7 day reservation window, that means TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT for that date and time. If you are unable to enter your desired number of tickets, that means there are tickets available for that date/time, but not enough to complete your requested order. Please select another date and/or time when available.

Important note: By reserving tickets to visit the Museum, you are agreeing to follow our health and safety guidelines, including:

- Do not visit if you or anyone in your party is sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
- Visitors ages 2 and up must wear a mask or appropriate facial covering at all times: per MA guidelines, masks or facial coverings must be form-fitting to the side of the head and be fastened with ear loops or ties. Gaitors, scarves, and bandannas are not acceptable. Masks with valves are not allowed unless the valve is covered with tape or another form-fitting mask.
Face shields are not required. They may be worn in addition to a mask, but not in place of a mask.
- Follow all safety signage on the campus, including gallery capacity limits
- Keep 6-feet physical distance from staff and other visitors not in your group
- No food or drink, other than water or baby bottles, is permitted anywhere on campus
- Adults are expected to help children follow the rules
- We ask that visitors stay with the individuals they are visiting with. A visitor group is defined as the 7 or fewer individuals that you have reserved tickets for.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask people who are sick or not following the rules to leave the campus.

Do not visit the Museum if you have traveled to Massachusetts within the last 14 days from any location except New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Hawaii and have not self-quarantined for 14 days or received negative results from a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of your arrival, in accordance with state guidelines.

If you or a member of your party become ill prior to your scheduled visit, or if you book the wrong timeblock by mistake or your plans change and you cannot visit, please call the Museum at 978-264-4200 to release your tickets.

Members, please sign in at the top of your screen prior to reserving your tickets so that your member benefits can be applied; you must register the first time you reserve tickets.
